We recommend making a reservation at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Our base fare is $14 for a round-trip ride. 

 Yes! You can bring one additional guest, such as a spouse, at no extra cost. Any additional guests beyond that will incur a small fee of $3 per person. 

 Yes! If you need a return ride, please call our customer service team to request it. We will override the system to provide a free one-way ride for members on their birthday or for other qualifying return rides. 

  We accept credit/debit cards and digital payments through our app. Unfortunately, cash payments are not accepted for security reasons.

 Yes! All drivers are vetted, background-checked, and required to have proper insurance and licensing. 

 We strive for punctuality. If your driver is delayed, we’ll notify you immediately and provide an estimated arrival time. 

 While we do not currently offer dedicated wheelchair-accessible vehicles, we can accommodate wheelchairs in the trunk of select vehicles. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need this service, and we’ll ensure we can assist you. 

Do I need a commercial license or permit?

No. All you need is a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable 4-door sedan or SUV.

Is this a rideshare job like Uber or Lyft?
No. SeniorLimo is a concierge marketing service. You’re not picking up random passengers — you’re serving scheduled VIP guests through a private membership and business referral program.

How do I get paid?
You earn per guest ride and receive weekly, monthly commissions from VIP memberships, digital ad campaigns, and driver referrals.

Do I have to sell anything?
No — but Concierge Partners who refer VIP members or help local businesses advertise earn significant bonuses and residuals.

Can I choose my own schedule?
Yes! You’re an independent partner. Drive full-time, part-time, or build your route around your availability.

Is this daytime or nighttime driving?
All rides are local and scheduled during the day. No late-night pickups or long-distance trips.
